Converting .RMs

I searched the site but had trouble finding what I was looking for.
Anyway, here's the deal, I want to burn this .RM video file to a DVD, but Toast Titanium won't take .RMs. So I need to convert it to something Toast will take. Are there any good, free programs that'll convert .RMs? I couldn't even get ffmpegx to do it. ><

When converting RM with ffmpegX, you'll also need to install the RealLib files from Helix, as stated on the download page. You have those installed correctly?
