Help ! DVD 9 to Dual Layer DVD Backup Pge Edit confussed

I am having a problem setting up Pge Edit : Burn DVD -Set-up.
everytime I check the version in the first box I keep coming up with an ERROR'
I chck Img Tool Burn that I downloaded in my c:/programs and it open with no problem , but when I check the version box I keep coming up with this error:

CL parsing ERROR!
X Can't open INI file (%)
using default setting

then a box comes up Pge Edit : burn DVD

you need V2.01 or more

please help me set this up right

Unless you created and authored the DVD yourself why don't you just use DVDDecrypter in ISO READ then ISO WRITE mode?

SO you are saying doing it your way you do not have a problem with (leave at least 32K of space between IFO and BUP”) ?

Are you doing a straight copy of a factory pressed DVD9?

What is pge edit?

What is Img Tool Burn?
