So I'm taking a captured concert vid & trying to upgrade the audio with a beter source. I've was given some how-to: converted dvd to mpeg, extracted the source audio, got my new auidio ready, Added mpeg, source audio, & new audio to vegas & was told at this point to sync the new audio with the old one . At this point I have no clue! I don't see how I can listen to both at the same time to sync them up & even where to start! I'm pretty new to this so it just may be WAY too advanced for me but would like to give it a go.Any advice? Thanks

hit play and slide the audio left or right until it matches ...
best way to do this is to loop a section that has a flash or bang or something you can see in the preview and also hear ... just set that section to loop forever and slide the audio one frame each way until it lines up .. takes only seconds to do ..
if length is off - stretch it or shrink it until it is the same length - then see above if required....
