  1. Hello, I'm new here. I'm doing my first OGM to AVI conversion and boy is OGM a pain to work with. :P

Well since I've learned so much these past few days about video, it's kinda fun. So I hope after this job, OGM won't be such a bear to work with.

I'm on the last leg of muxing the resulting AVI file and MP3 file together with AVIMux 0.4c. When I try to select the audio file to be muxed, it says "Can't find BS AC3/MP3 source filter. Make sure you registered it."

Can anyone clue me into what this means? Any help would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks.

  2. Well for some reason, AVIMux is working now. It must have been something I was doing. I don't know, I was kinda tired. :P

Now the thing is that the sound doesn't synch to the video. It's almost like I have the video at the wrong framerate.

I think this has something to do with the Audio Preroll and Interleave. Can any of you AVIMux experts help? Thanks again.

You might want to try AVIMuxGUI. Or mencoder which can remux and re-encode vorbis audio in one go.
