I want to make DVD movie from AVI file does DVD lab pro is able to do it or i reqire another software.

You need an mpeg encoder to create the dvd compliant mpeg-2 video files - e.g. tmpgenc, CCE basic, Procoder Xpress, HCenc etc, and an audio encoder that can create mp2 or AC3 output - e.g. ffmpeggui. You should also use a bitrate calculator to make sure you encode with a bitrate that allows your video to fit.
Another alternative is to use something like DivxtoDVD to create VOB files which can then be imported into DVD Lab Pro. If you do this, I suggest you allow DVD Lab Pro to demux when it prompts you.Read my blog here.
