    Is there any burning software that will let me put in my own

    UDF Application id and UDF Implementation id

    as shown in a dvdinfopro display

    I think Shrink allows you to set one of these, although it isn't called that. You could try it by using no compression and filling in the details in the backup dialogue.

    DVDShrink (and other software) calls it "Provider ID" IIRC. I'm not sure exactly where this field shows in DVDInfo though and if this is what you're talking about.

    But from what I was able to google, it looks like the UDF Application ID is set (hard coded) into the burning programs that use it.
    If in doubt, Google it.
