    I have recently purchased Memories on tv and plugin but I can't get to burn dvd. I get an error message "error:/nCannot connect TRF" I have contacted Codejam and they say it is a Nero compatability and told me to upgrade. Iam now running nero express 6.6.1.4 with up to date downloads and still cannot burn a DVD. Any help would be appreciated.

    The obvious ...Did you try Google...?

    Lots of hits on........... Cannot connect TRF
