--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I need your help. I purchased music from walmart.com and I can't play the songs. Walmart has already charged me because it shows as dounloaded but when I try to play it in windows media player, I get the following message "secure storage protection error, restore your licenses from previous backup and try again" What should I do to fix this problem?![]()

You have to be connected to the internet to get a license, you only have to do it once. You also need to have WMP 9 or 10.
In the future I recommend buying music from another source such as www.buy.com or www.allofmp3.com -

I didn't know anything about DRM files. I thought once you buy the music, its yours. I didn't know I would go this mess.
