problem with dvdfab decrypter and dvd shrink 3.2

i have tried to backup one of my movies and one my daughters barbie movies.

i am ripping to the harddrive with dvdfab decrypter and using dvd shrink on i believe are the vop files.

i keep geting an error message. which reads.

dvd shrink encountered and error and can not continue

failed to read the file "C:\documents and setting\numberone\desktop\dvd2\dvd\video_ts\vts_02 _0.vob"

invalid access to memory location

if you have encountered this and give me a hand to know how to corret i would appreciate thank you.

try it from the disk and not your hardddrive
