The case temp is 25C, it has good cooling. The BIOS also reports 22C. My room temp is 20C.![]()

I don't have a AMD 64 Sempron 3000 but I do have a AMD 64 Sempron 2800 CPU overclocked to 2.2 ghz with a ECS Nforce3 250 mobo. I was shocked to see how cool the CPU is with stock heatsink. The cpu temp is 32c when fully loaded. For video encoding the cpu temp never goes beyond 40c.
These AMD 64 Sempron processors are great for budget pc's. This pc runs faster and cooler than my P4 Northwood 2.26 pc. -
