After Reformat can't capture above 240 vertical

Before i reformated my computer i could captuer at 720x480 fine with no problems. After i reformated i cannot go over 240 vertical resolution. I tried changing settings and it wont let me capture above 240, i also tried virtual vcr and cirtual dub

My capture card is a Leadtek Expert 2000
Computer is a P4 2.53ghz with 1 gig ram.

I reinstalled the old drivers and it works at 720x480 now. Not sure what was wrong.

Now im having a problem that it won't save on the hd. It looks like its capturing with the numbers changing on the side but theres no file on the hard drive
