Imtoo dvd ripper platinum problem

Hi guys,

I bought an Archos AV500 and bought the imtoo dvd ripper platinum software.
It's a nice piece of software ... when it works
I have tried with some movies, but got PROBLEMS with lot of them
specially when the movie is more than 2 hours .... don't know WHY ?
I have tried some settings, but still don't know WHY when the movie is more than two hours it produces an uncomplete .avi file !!!!

I have tried to rip it using mpeg4 and it works !!!!
I know that they have all their codecs built in, do you think they have a problem with the one used for avi files ???

Any suggestions ?

I would test something else, FairUse Wizard is my favorite.

Fairuse tested and it works fine.

However, am still interested in knowing what is wrong when using imtoo !!
if anyone could answer.
