    guys:

    On firing up vcdimager , it could not link to the cd burner because it claims the system file

    wnaspi32.dll is missing

    Indeed it is missing in the xp system32 directory.

    What is the solution?
    - by the way nero works and does not complain about this

    nero uses it's own aspi driver if i remember correctly
