    Explain "not synchronized".

Don't be embarrassed to tell us EVERYTHING about what you did (on your subtitles only, please).

    Compared to what?
What are you measuring the timing of the ripped subs against? Ripped quite a few subs to srt with subrip, and yet to have any sync issues (with let's say an AVI conversion of the same movie).

    ok,I explain it with examples:

I watch the DVD..the first subtitle appear at 00:00:15...the second at 00:00:56 etc etc

I extract the subtitle with SubRip...I check the timings..the first same subtitle start at (for example) 00:00:32...the second at 00:01:25(for example)

    i hope you understand

If that really is so, you can use some subtitle editor to add some negative offset to the .srt
However, I suspect you start your timing (when you watch the DVD) at the wrong point - like when the movie starts, not when the company logo (which is part of the title) starts.
The reason for my persistence is that I've never had SubRip get the timings wrong - I think it'd be really hard for it to get it wrong.
No matter - what do you intend to do with your ripped subs? I guess this is not just an etude for subtitle ripping?

I want to synch the subs with the DVD because then I want to put them into the DVD..

no,it's not a problem of starting point..infact the delay increase duringthe film...it's not always the same delay..increase more and more..

can be a protection like as Arcoss to cause it?

OK, I see. I doubt this is a protection thing, as you've managed to rip it, right?
I want to synch the subs with the DVD because then I want to put them into the DVD..
But: I'm still not following (must be really dense today!) - you already have the DVD with subs? Or do you have 2 versions of the movie, where you want to take the subs from one version and add it to the other?
One solution could be not to rip to text, but to sup (or to sub/idx then to sup with sub2sup), then use something like IfoEdit to author.

ok mats..I resolve it..I think the delay depend from the Arcoos protection..now the subs are synch..

but i have an other problem
I want to check the synch, the color and the position of the subs on the DVd...so I opened SubtitleCreator...I load the subs..I open the IFO of the DVD..but,I don't know why,the subs aren't visible...I see them when I load them...but just when I open the Ifo,they disappear..I only see th list of subtitles and timing at the bottom, not on the screen..although I choose white letter color and transparent background
