    I have bought a Panasonic DMR-ES20D DVD RECORDER.

    Which type of disk no i need to record over and over again using the same
    disk.

    Apart from the RW on the packaging or printed on the top of the disc, DVDInfo Pro or DVDDecrypter can tell you.
    If in doubt, Google it.
