Hi all...........I've been having a problem. I am using the guide on how to convert AVI files to DVD using AVI2DVD. I got threw all the steps and when I get to the last step where I push the "Go" button, I get a message thing that shows up saying "Disk Status, it shows the destination folder and the free disk space, but then it says needed space 9.4 GB. And it asks if I want to cancel or proceed anyway. Why is this happening? Why are my files to large? How can I shrike them? What am I doing wrong here???

You might want to check your AVI files by dropping them into VirtualDub Mod and see if they have MP3 VBR audio. It will let you know immediately. Encoders commonly choke on that and try to produce large files. If you see VBR audio, you extract it out and convert it to CBR or another more encoder friendly format.

Or try DivxToDVD, it may work a little better. There is a freeware version available.
