    Please answer this simple question...

    Can blank DVD+RW disks that are purchased in the UK play on NSTC players?

    Help on this subject would be most appreciated.

    A blank dvd+rw won't play on anything.
    It's blank.
    Will a dvd+rw work in your recorder?
    Check to the left for your model.

    bjm is too fast for me.

    Sorry Mod, I will delete my other post.

    It will have data stored on it of course, what I mean is it was originally blank and not an official DVD.

  6. If you create an NTSC movie DVD it will play on NTSC players. Most NTSC DVD players will not play PAL content.

    You need a device compatible with the format, both player and TV. Some are compatible with both. This does not apply to a computer, it will play either.
