    Please help cant get my head around this. converting avi to dvd i have used avi2dvd, dvd santa divx2dvd and tmpgenc2 dvd author this is the first time im getting trouble the convertion is fine the trouble is when its converted to dvd format the sound is out of sync how can i over come this.

    Can you be clear on what prog. u used to get the o/p which had the sound delay?

    the trouble is when its converted to dvd format the sound is out of sync how can i over come this.

    Adjust the audio delay either in the authoring app, if it allows you to do it, or before authoring using AC3 Delay Corrector.

    Or demux the completed DVD and reauthor with the delay taken into account.
