I captured a 1 hr video and it is about 2gb in size.
I would like to either convert it to AVI or find some program to edit it since I only want a portion of the video to save.
I tried AutoGK but when I try to bring the video in I get "No video stream was found". This video plays fine in the original file.
I have also tried opening the file in Adobe Premier to edit or convert but I get "Unable to open that file. File was recorded at an unsupported rate......."
This is a capture from Tivo so it named it "xxxx.tivo". I assume it is in the format of mpg, mpeg... something like that.
Thanks for any help,
Debbie

Do this: Download the latest version of Gspot and drop your video into that. It will tell you if you have the right codecs to display.
If you captured it, what format did you capture it with? Not that familiar with TVIO.
But once you determine the format, then you can pick a conversion method/program. You can check the guides to the left under 'CONVERT' to select what you need to convert it to the desired format.
Do a little investigation and get back to us. -
Thanks for the replies
CaZeek that program you mention did just what I wanted with a bit of playing around and figuring it out first.
Thx for all your help,
Debbie
