    Few people have asked me weather this is possible, but not sure of the answer perhaps you guys could help me out?

    From my readings, you can read a PSP image, but you can't burn it just yet, because it's written under a file system that doesn't exist in the burning world just yet.

    Ah right, cause i've seen on some torrents site you can d/l a game, i take it, it would then be played on a emulator?

    I have also seen in the shops you can buy the plastic case that the disk would sit in

    umm ya you can download as long as you own the game already. better stear clear of piracy.

    no im not on bout copying i don't actually own a PSP i was just curious as ive seen the game and thought that they would be impossible to copy/burn

    As stated above, You can only download a game that you already own or have purchased.

    As for copying & burning, I would say it is definitely possible, but again, it depends on the software that can properly burn the image to a disc with a file system the unit can read.

    You can boot the disk image from a memory stick duo

    You can save the disk image to memorystick, then send it to your computer and do a simple file transfer to put it back on your psp when needed via usb

    You need a umd dumper program

    you can google search to find what you need

    Also forgot to add if you want to be able to do everything you want
    your psp must have firmware version 2.0 and under (2.0 can be downgraded to 1.5)

    All homebrew can be played on the most current revision but if you want all your backups to play it must be 1.5 or 2.0

    You also need a loader program like umd emulator, fastloader, or hookloader installed to play backup images

    you can google search to find what you need
