English DVD with English subtitles for the hearing impaired.
With Smartripper or DVDShrink copy the files to the harddisc,
    gives an IFO-file, a BUP-file and 4 VOP-files.
With PGCDemux or VobEdit demux the VOP-files,
gives a VideoFile, an AudioFile and a Subpictures SUP-file of about 1600 kb.
Question: With software do I have to use to edit this SUP-file and alter
the English subtitles into Dutch subtitles?

I used SubRip (OCR on VOB-files) to get a readable SRT-file,
so it is possible to translate the English subtitles into Dutch subtitles.
But this SRT-file is only 67 kb big!

Then with SRT2SUP back into a SUP-file of 1600 kb.
    On Open SRT File as Text I get a message;
    -Record out of sequence.
    What goes wrong?
Is this the method to replace an English SUP-file into a Dutch SUP-file?
    Who can help? Thanks.

Thanks for the tip on Txt2Sup.
I tried that and the SRT-file of 67 kb is now a SUP-file of 2369 kb.
That's much more than the original SUP-file of 1600 kb.
But soon I go further with IfoEdit and see if it works.
    Have a nice weekend, Sjoerd.

    Txt2Sup works now,
but the new subtitle is on the middle of the screen,
while the other old subtitles are on the bottom of the screen.
    How is this possible?

Use used the old IFO file in IFOEdit to copy the font colors,
but how about the font type, font height and font position on the screen?
    Thanks, Sjoerd.
