how do you make vcd's with click n' burn pro 2.0

I am having trouble getting click n' burn to accept my MPEGs. It says they are not in the proper VCD format. I tried putting them into the proper VCD format with TMPGE and that didn't work.

Of the 14 that I had accepted and burned only one played in my DVD player.

I have no idea what to do next.
