i am encoding some videos (anime) an i am resizing them and using deen. should deen go after all of the resizing or before? does it matter? for future references should any other filter always go before or after resizing? thanks for your help.

Watch for overscan. TV needs it, computer files probably don't have them, so 10% or more of the picture will be chopped off seen on tv.
