I just tried to burn burn some video files using Nero, but for the first time encountered audio lag on the DVD it produced. ( ihave used Nero problem free in the past)

From what I have read this is a big problem with a lot of authoring software, so I wondered if the best chance of producing a working DVD with no audio lag, would be to use TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 instead.

Is this likely to solve the problems?

Thanks in advance for any help

if you need an all-in-one tool try divxtodvd.

When I check the properties it just says Video clip.

The summary of the clips provide the following details

    AUDIO
    Bit rate: 130 kbps
    Audio Format: MPEG Layer-3

    VIDEO
    Frame Rate: 23 Frames/second
    Data rate: 142 kbps
    Video Sample Rate: 12 bit
    Video compression DivX codec

These files play fine on my pc, but when burned to DVD the problem occurs!!

Will I be able to author these using any of the tools mentioned?
