    on an xVCD can the resolution be any resolution less than 720x480 right and it will still work out ok?

    if i am wrong please help me out

    In theory any resolution that can be divided by 8 (or 16 depends on who you ask) should work. But some DVD players want: 720/480/352 x 480/240
    This is because full D1 resolution is 720x480. I've made 640x480 work. And others have used 352x240 (popular resolution on the net for some reason).
