I've got a problem with PVR usb mpeg2 capture off of old video. Approx 1/8" left and 3/16" bottom needs to be trimmed. Bottom 3/16" is distortion, left 1/8" is black bar. This is viewed in full screen mode, 480 x 320 capture rez. Any trim tools out there? Or is it a setup problem? Device: Hauppauge PVR USB 941, capturing 12.0 mbps, full D1, off of a feed from JVC hrs9500u, thru JVC edit board.

You must reencode the video if you need to crop it. Use for example tmpgenc.
and read http://www.digitalfaq.com/dvdguides/capture/understandsource.htm
