PAL dvd to play in NTSC player

Hello

I recently came in control of a PAL dvd, however live in the United stats,

What program can I use to convert this PAL disk to a NTSC and burn it onto a DVD-R?

Or is this eveb possible?

Which guide shows me the way using the BEST program (quality not speed) to do it, keeping themovie thebest it can without jumpy scenes etc?

Your question is asked here at least 3 times per day. To put is nicely....converting is not easy via a computer. It is much easier to go out and buy an inexpensive DVD player that can convert from PAL to NTSC on the fly.

Get a lite-on DVD recorder. They play back PAL great! No easy way to convert them.
