I wish to put 5 25 Minute episodes onto a DVD (some are 28 min, some are 24 min, but around 25 roughly) How would I go about calculating the Bitrate to enter in TMPGenc? Is there a Multi File calculator about? as I can only find the calculator for single files.

The simple answer is to add up the running time from all files and use that as the duration number. It will be close enough.
If after encoding and authoring you are a bit over, you can use Shrink to mask those small estimation errors.

Easy. Just add up the total playing time and use that in the bitrate calculator. If the bitrate gets down in the 2000-3000 area, consider splitting the discs or using 1/2D1 settings. If you look to the left in 'What is' DVD, you will see what that is.

I want to add 5 episodes per DVD, which works out well, with the time etc, My Tools of choice are TMPGenc Encoder, and DVD-Lab, I really want to use LAB as I like the way you can make menu's with so many options for them however I am new to Lab and wondered if the TMPGenc - DVD-Lab is long way round?

This is what I was going to do please someone tell me if there's a better way.

    1) Load .avi (all episodes are .avi) into Virtua Dub and extract Video.
    2) Load .avi into Goldwave and extract Sound.
    3) Load Sound into Ffmpeggui and Convert to .AC3
    4) Load Video into TMPGenc Encoder and Convert to .m2v
    5) Load both .AC3 & .m2v Into DVD-Lab and make a Menu
    6) Repeat for every Episode I add (5 per DVD)

Is there a quicker way? or more advisable way?

I am new to DVD-Lab and have almost no clue how to use it so I need to learn the Compilation Process for that app too using Mediachance's FAQS

One quicker way is you can extract the sound in virtualdub. Go to File-save wav. That would be one less step.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

Will do, is there a way to do this in virtua dub all together? like can I batch extract 5 at a time? or can I only do one by one?
