    Hi,

    If I have a average bitrate of 5000 kbps for encoding (with CCE or QuENC), what value should I select for maximum bitrate in order to avoid hiccups, i.e.,
    I still want to be a VBR type encoding but don't want big jumpings/differences during encoding process.

    8000 or so should work.

    If my encode is pushing the low 4000, I set the Cap at 8000
    For the love of God, use hub/core labels on your Recordable Discs!
