Well they were saying they could have some trouble marketing it if it doesn't have a true nitche. Sometimes ALL-IN-ONE gadgets don't do anything truly well.
But isn't supposed to run XP? If so that would make it great for compatiblity. Just imagine putting NES emulators on itDonatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -

If it is really XP, then it is worth the look.
All of the protable media players lack open codec support and/or wimppy preformance. (Low res screens and only low bit play back.) -

I really hate those "Gen-Next" ads. They lost me with the obligatory Asian girl and "cool" guy in a cowboy hat
Show me something that it cn do that my tablet PC can't. There's no way I'm using that brick for my mp3 player when I have my nano-ish Archos Gmini.
I also liked the miracle of touch screens. Touch the stylus to it and, viola!, your scribbles completely cover the screen.
