2000 Grand Am GT has a speed governor at 125mph , a DHP chip will remove that , but top end then is still only 133 and scary as crap in that car unless the bushings were replaced , brakes replaced and tires replaced ... their speedos are not to accurate either .. they have the 3.4 liter engine
The Pontiac Grand Prix GTP w/ 3800 Series II Supercharged engine and a full spec I upgrade, dyno'd and chipped will do 145+ though ... the 3800 is not exactly bullet proof though ..
somewhere inbetween aggressive wise ....
