Capturing streaming video (Java?)

I would like to capture an online video of a news story. Here is the link to the video from the local news station (»www.komonews.com/stories/42194.htm):

One more question though...how did you get the mms link? Whenever I examined the properties of the video, I kept getting the java script.

I use the Firefox MediaPlayerConnectivity Extension. It interprets all of that Javascript and spits out a pop-up with the links. Supposedly I can click on that and call up the appropriate player. Works about half of the time.
