combining multiple qt movies, any automated processes?

in qt i know you can have 2 or more movies open and select all of one and then go to another and paste into it and combine the clips.

what i have are a few folders with about 5 to 7 clips, named sequentially. and copying and pasting them manually by hand into one big clip is pain. this is a task i need to do repeatedly for work.

is there any sort of easier or automated way, to combine clips of each folder into one big qt movie?
