    Is the SVCD Template found in Tmpgenc made according to IEC standards? I ask 'cause my dvd supposedly plays them, but i recall them ******* up...

    I'm pretty certain that the templates found in TMPGEnc are the standards for them. Most sites seem to recommend this program for usage on VCD and SVCD so I assume that it is the standard.
