i have a divx dvd player so i dont need a converter,i just want to burn the avi files as they are but i want to be able to put a menu on the disk so i can select the movie on the disk ,is there any software to do this as all i can find are programs that will convert the avi's.

No. It is possible to add menus to Divx encoded files, and have chapter points, but I don't know fo any players that can play these back yet. There is no software that allows you to author a menu for playback of multiple avi files on a stand alone player. There are, however, plenty for playback on PCs.
