How to remove subs from mpeg-4 file?

I've got a mpeg-4 movie file with dutch subs (selectable no permanent). I'd like to remove them ( i mean the stream) and add some other language subs. Is it possible? How should I do it? What program should i use? Any help would be highly appreciated. thanks in advance. joe

You mean an mp4 with ttext subs, an mp4 with vobsubs, an avi with srt subs, a divx file with xsubs or what?

Thanks celtic for your fast answer, didn't answer cos i had to leave. I meant pm4 con ttext sub. Been fooling around with nero recode but guess nero doesn't do the job or i don't know how to. I'm not an expert but i know some basics (I've authored some dvds) but this mp4 format is new to me. Thanks for your answer again cos there isn't much help about subtitle topics. joe

Hi, baldrick I tried yamb but i coundnt find the way to elimanate the sub stream, so what i did was to try to add the other sub in the mux tab, but i got the following error while muxing:

btw the subs were in srt format, is that ok?

the file contains vobsubs in mp4. i think both mp4box and mp4creator offer options to delete tracks from mp4 files

click on video track and chose export
click on audio and chose export

he doesnt want to export streams, but delete one stream in a mp4

but well mp4ui should be able to do this too
