I have a SVCD with audio sync 5 seconds early.
Already used VCDEasy to and TMPGenc to demux the streams but now don't know what to use to sync the audio before muxing them back together.
I tried to delay the mp2 stream audio in NeroVision timeline and export but it wanted to re-encode my perfect 23.98 Progressive Film TMPEnc encode into its crappy quality.
Is there an mpg muxer that allows audio delay settings?

Iv'e found Womble MPEG Video Wizard is able to do what I want.
Exports the timeline with direct stream copies very nicely indeed.
