HELP ! problems with regestration. PLEASE ! !

Joined yesterday with payment and it will not complete regestration

Ok,I go to complete the regestration it says that it will take a few seconds for my machine licence to be generated.



After a hour I am convinced it is not working, so I try again and again and again....

I check to make sure that my norton is disabled and it is.
I check firewall and it is disabled.

So I try again,so I hit cancel and get a SVCD2DVD small blue box that asks for NAME & REGISTRATION CODE.

So I fill it in and hit regester, and nothing happens!

So I go to my programs and start up Badgerit - SVCD2DVD v2 - SVCD2DVD and all over again I am back to the SVCD2DVD Registration wizard Introduction.

So I go to complete the regestration it says that it will take a few seconds for my machine licence to be generated.

Again nothing!
Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can someone drop me with a phone number so I can call to get one on one one help!
I am not that savy with computers.
Please.
