    for work I need to stream videos like on http://www.thesun.co.uk/
    the problem is, that the video is shown in a flash(?) popup window and
    right mouse clicks are prohibited!
    So far I only managed to caputure the Video without sound (with snagit).
    Can someone give me a walkthrough which program to use and what
    would be the easiest way. I don't care if I record it or actually stream the
    video, as far as I can save the Video with sound for demo reasons on my hd.

    Try turning off javascript in your browser. Providing they haven't made javascript required for that window it should open in a full browser window fully clickable.

    thanxs for the tip, but i had no success. is there no easy way/program to stream those pop-up videos?

    Under video settings you will find "hardware acceleration"
    Bring slider all the way left , apply , ok .

    Use camstudio to capture video and audio .

    Remember to reset the video hardware acceleration back to full when done ...
