I'm a Mac user and I'm using dragon burn.
I burnt seven dvds using dragon burn and discovered the following error: I have no problem playing the dvds but after a while, they all stop playing in the middle of the programme at various points.
I encountered this problem when I played the discs on a Philips dvd player as well as on a Sony dvd player.
However, the discs play fine on a brand new (but rather cheap) Jarico dvd player.
I use A1-Pro (8x) blank dvds.
I'm wondering if anyone else had encountered such a problem.
How can I rectify this error so that the discs play smoothly on all players?

does it stop at exactly the same place each time? your post suggests not.
it's possible that it's a data rate issue - i've known Sony's to have problems with video files written at over 8Mbps.
either that or it's your media. have you tried different disc types?never absorb anything bigger than your own head -
Thanks for your comments. I tried burning the discs at 4 speed and the discs play all right.
