I connected my VHS to my computer and captured some video, but the video was captured with only left audio and no right audio. My VHS dosen't have the red audio in. How can I fix the audio and have both audio tracks working?

Sounds like your VCR is mono. If you use a "Y" connector you can input the mono audio into the stereo inputs of your computer.
