i'm a little confused where DVD menu information is saved. I have a Video TS and Audio TS folder. When I open Intervideo WinDVD I click the open DVD from folder button, it opens the DVD at teh menu. How do I burn this to disk with that menu? If i just dump all the contents of Video TS into the Video TS folder of the disk i want to make will the menu be there?

If you look to the upper left, under 'What is' DVD, then scroll down the page you will see the DVD file/folder structure and where the menus, etc. are. The menus are usually in the VOBS.
If you created them when you authored the DVD, then that's what you will have on the DVD after burning. If you were using Nero to burn, then you would take the contents of the VIDEO_TS folder and drop them into the Nero VIDEO_TS folder when using the DVD-Video template. The audio folder is normally empty and just there for compatibility.
