Hi
I captured songs from my TV Card which are then MPEG 2 DVD Format and now when converting that file into MPEG 4 to play in my cellphone Samsung D 600 it sounds distorted but the video is fine.I used Nero Digital on Nero 7.I also tried ImToo 3GP converter and i get the same results.
I would appreciate any help

guess might be to process the audio a bit first, maybe using eq?
