Hi All,
Has anyone found a way of getting an NEC drive with LabelFlash (eg the ND-4551) to write to (the data side of) a CD-R using DiscT@2 ?
I remember way back in the dim and distant past, this "technology" first surfaced on the Yamaha F1 drives, so I'm rather surprised it's latest incarnation only seems to be able to etch pretty little pictures onto DVD media.
All of NEC's advertising blurb states LabelFlash working with DVD +/- media but leaving the technical considerations aside I'm still a bit miffed CD-R's have been dropped so readily (knowing my luck, the 4552 will come out next week and support this out of the box !).
I'm interested to know if this is a hardware limitation or a software one (ie Nero), so if anyone has had any better luck with etching CD's I'd be interested in knowing how you did it !
Thanks, guys (and gals).
