I just put a mp3 file (podcast) on my PSP and saw for the first time that the PSP also displayed an icon/thumbnail for each mp3 file (instead of the usual box I saw when I put ripped mp3 files on the PSP). Anyone know how these thumbnails can be created? Looks like they are embedded in the mp3 file somehow (there's no separate jpeg or .thm file).
