Kind of like my own personal repository (that always makes me think of suppository) of random annoyances and memories of parent-induced child slavery.
Wait until I tell the story of the four foot trench my mother forced me to dig.

I had to dig a 4 foot trench as a kid too. We had an inground pool and my parents used us kids instead of a backhoe.
We had to fill it too.

People who PM you and continue to PM you long after the original PM was addressed. Eventually, your PM inbox begins to look alot like a regular forum.

With a world wide web jam packed with sites about video games, video game system modding, and just about anything else related to gaming, why in the name of John Wayne's ass would you post questions relevant to said subject in a forum not related to video gaming?
-
well why post video questions in a purely chat forum ?

i use gaz instead of gas without thinking much of it - because it is spelled that way in french ...
i hate people bitching to much about spelling in some minor cases - because English spelling is pretty f*cked up anyhow ."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -
I'm kind of anal about spelling, but only get annoyed when I misspell, not so much when others do.
However, I recently became aware of this and now I'm not so sure spelling is important."Shut up Wesley!" -- Captain Jean-Luc Picard

Spelling and grammar are both important (although not life threatening). I've seen a general decline in both of these areas with the rise of text messaging and internet forums. Next thing you know, we'll be eliminating words from the dictionary because they are considered useless.

, sorry mate couldn't resist
but personally for me, spelling on the interweb and forums should be taken with a pinch of salt as your not writing something formal like a job application 8). People who actually use spelling and grammar mistakes as a form of flaming are pretty pathetic in my eyes but there's nothing wrong with a little harmless fun sometimes. Who gives a shit if someone came top in their spelling class but why feel the need to tell someone else about their mistakes

Inspired by Mr. Dweezel's cell phone post:
People who talk on cell phones while driving.
and
People who are paying for food items with food stamps at the grocery store and are talking on a cell phone.
and these just hit me also:
People who attended college for (seemingly) a day and half that think they are geniuses.
People who, all their lives, never create anything, but have absolutely no problem criticizing other's creations. -
People who are so nosy that they take the time to notice what other people buy.
Believing yourself to be secure only takes one cracker to dispel your belief. -

I'd imagine this stems from that whole Sudafed thing. Of course, I will never understand why you would let a teenager purchase an entire case of Sudafed without being a little suspicious.
Do they actually TAKE your information, as in, do they write it down or record it? I think that may be a little against the law if it is an over the counter medication. -
Yup, that stems from the Sudafed thing. And yeah, they take ID and write down name, address, and ID number. They were talking on the news the other day that the program is not really working because the stores are not turning over the information to authorities or if they do, its the written information not digital.

Ok... the "smile" guy is back in the computer forum. Is he just taunting me with his/her ridiculous little "smile" notes, or is he/her trying send me over the edge? Maybe he/she isn't aware....hmm... I could PM them, but to what end? They would know that their "smiles" are irritating and keep doing it. He/she seems to be quite comfortable with their "smiles". It's never going to stop. It's just going to go on and on and on and on and on and on. There is no stopping this "smile" nightmare. When will this "smile" madness end!
JerryB you are destroying my sanity!
