    i have had to format so i didnt keep a copy of my reg file but cannot find it in the user section

    im using SVCD2DVD_RC9_TEST version

    You don't need it anymore. Just grab the latest version: Install it and when you start for the first time - just follow the registration wizard.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
