    I have a DVD that I authored with the audio ever so slightly out of sync. Is there a way I can adjust the audio delay on the Video_TS files and reburn?

    Yes, but only with a demux / remux (with adjusted delay) step.

    Use Vobblanker to replace audio. To do it demux audio and video with VOBedit or PGCdemux, set delay with DelayCut or IfoEdit, save celltimes with PGCdemux or IFOedit (erase last postion which is disk end) and mux with Muxman or IFOedit.
    Cann't tell it's possible don't tell anything.
