    i just started video editing and i rmemeber a tutorial somewhere on the internet to make ur videos look more like a movie in the theather

    something about making scenes darker or with like a greenish tone (matrix)
    and also about converting it to pal. just wondered if u guys know where such a tutorial is. also if u have it for premiere pro that would be best

    Sounds like non-sense to me.

    If you are talking about editing, most films use simple cuts and disolves with title mixes or rolls at the beginning and end.

    If you are talking about effects that is a complex subject. Get specific.

    If you are talking about making video look like film, google "film look" and have at it. Better to try a web or real film school to learn the craft. Film camera technique is very different from typical camcorder handheld shooting. Special 24fps video camcorders exist to help you work in video using film technique.

    BTW, at least 75% of the difference: film is lit and actor and camera motion blocking/focus is rehearsed and controlled.
