Female to female? I don't know where you'd find that, but you might try a splitter, which should have a male connection split out to 2 female connections. Something like this (click here). Then you could use extensions to get the length you want.
What are you trying to do?

MOLEX is a brand name - but for computer 4 pin -- just make one from some short ones and a piece of wire

or maplin has a kit to make your own (they also have extension cables)

Three Options are available to you:

External USB IDE Adpater w/Molex Power Connector

    Follow the advice of Gadgetguy.

or make your own cable. Of all computer cabling(minus networking) the molex power cable is the easiest and cheapest to make.

Well, I already have an adapter (Abit Serillel2). Its a IDE to SATA adapter so I can use IDE Hard Drives (and optical drives) externally without opening my PC via the SATA port. I already have External SATA connections (via my bracket supplied with my motherboard), but need to power the IDE hard drive. The power cable that came with the adapter is too short and is a male molex connector, but i need female molex connector.

Guess im going to make my own cable.

Given this description of your project and depending on your experience making your own cables it might be easier for you to buy an adapter such as gadgetguy listed. This would give you the female to female power you need while still leaving the male connection available if necessary. Plus, in my experience you may always find a need for such an adapter outside your current project. Who knows you may even find a friend who needs one down the road and you can sell it them and make your money back.
